Hello there! 

My name is Maja Cvijetic, I am the happy and proud owner of BeeYoungByMaya beauty studio and Royals Beauty Academy in Phoenix, Arizona, and one of the most recognized PhiAcademy Philings Masters in the US. 

I am originally from Belgrade, Serbia, where I had a 9-5 office job for years. Having moved to the US, I yearned for something new, creative, and profitable. This led me to discover PhiAcademy. Enrolling in their Philings course proved to be a life-changing decision as I instantly knew it was my true calling!  However, at that time in my life, I had two young boys aged 3 and 1.5 and barely spoke a word of English, so I had to finish the course in my native language! I knew that building a business from scratch was never going to be easy, especially without the knowledge of the language,  but I knew that I was building something for myself, and it made it all the more worthwhile! I continually advanced my skills by climbing the Phi ladder until I achieved the distinction of becoming one of the best Philings Masters in the entire country!  Now, after all that I have achieved, I am both happy and fulfilled. Not only has my business grown, but so has my family, as I am now a blessed Mama of 3 boys! The beauty of this business is the flexibility that allows me to juggle both my career and family life.
